Harriet Tubman presents - The Underground Railroad & The Freedom Fighters!, living history presenter introduces many of the "Freedom Fighters" - Frederick Douglass, William Still, William Lloyd Garrison, John Brown, Sojourner, and Lucretia Mott. This dramatic portrayal provided by each of these American Abolitionists – Men, Women, Quakers, Free African Americans, and escaped slaves…many who worked together for this anti-slavery movement during one of the most important milestones of America’s History – we bring it to life!

This historical reenactment provides an in-depth review of this amazing American Women: Harriet Tubman was an abolitionist and political activist. Born into slavery, she escaped and then made some 13 missions to rescue enslaved people, using the network of activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad. She later helped abolitionist John Brown recruit men for his raid on Harpers Ferry. During the Civil War, she served as an army spy and a nurse. YES - PUT HER FACE ON THE $20 BILL!

This historical reenactment provides a great look at the following figures as the key Founding Fathers: John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and George Washington. Adams, Jefferson, and Franklin were members of the Committee of Five that drafted the Declaration of Independence. Hamilton, Madison, and Jay were authors of The Federalist Papers, advocating ratification of the Constitution. Yes, these men wore tights & lace, what fun it is making these costumes!

Famous people during this period; Wyatt Earp, Wild Bill Hickok, Jesse James, Annie Oakley, and Buffalo Bill. Also - Nat Love (pronounced "Nate" Love) (June 1854 – 1921) was an African-American cowboy and former slave in the period following the American Civil War.

This historical reenactment - learn about the 1st bishop of the AME Church in 1816, Allen focused on organizing a denomination in which free blacks could worship without racial oppression and slaves could find a measure of dignity. Also, portrayed is his wife Sarah Allen. And Absalom Jones, African-American abolitionist and clergyman who became prominent in Philadelphia, Pa...due to racial discrimination in a local Methodist church, with Richard Allen, he founded the Free African Society.
This historical reenactment provides an informative view of several notable "FLOTUS". Beginning with Martha Washington often referred to as "Lady Washington." Dolley Madison, referred to as "First Lady" in 1849 at her funeral....and the title began being used in Washington, D.C., social circles. The earliest known written examples came in 11/03/1863 - "the First Lady in the Land", referring to Mary Todd Lincoln.
